October Is the Month to Plan Your Q4 Events

October is when the best ideas for the rest of the year get made. Teams are mapping out holiday celebrations, conferences are taking shape, and wellness budgets are ready to be put toward something people will remember.

The events land in November and December, and the planning happens now. If you would like a wellness element on your calendar this quarter, this is the ideal time to reach out.

Bee Well℠ is excited to keep your guests and employees healthy and hydrated at your next event, social gathering, fundraiser, corporate retreat, and more. Our registered nurses come to your location with everything needed, and you get to focus on the event rather than the logistics.

This is educational information, not medical advice. IV therapy is a wellness service, and a consultation with a licensed provider is the right first step for anyone considering a new therapy.

What On-Site IV Therapy Actually Looks Like

A licensed registered nurse arrives at your location with everything required. They set up in whatever space you’ve set aside, whether that’s a conference room, a suite, a green room, or a corner of the venue. Guests come to them. Each person’s health history is reviewed before anything is administered, then the infusion runs while they sit comfortably.

On average, an IV takes about 45 minutes, though it varies depending on the person’s veins and how dehydrated they are. Most people work, talk, or scroll their phone through it. As for the part everyone asks about, you might experience a slight pinch, but our use of the smallest needles means even clients who are apprehensive about needles report minimal discomfort.

What guests notice is how comfortable it feels. It reads as hospitality, which is exactly why it fits so naturally into an event.

The Events We Serve

Three categories, each with a generous range inside it.

Wedding events

Bachelor and bachelorette parties, a pre-wedding boost, post-wedding recovery, honeymoon services, and the rehearsal dinner. The wedding party books this more than the couple does, and the morning-after session is the one people talk about afterward.

Grand scale

Sporting events, brand activations, conferences and conventions, and festivals. These are the bookings where a wellness station becomes a highlight of the attendee experience.

Private events

Birthday parties, spa integration, corporate wellness days, launch and charity events. Corporate wellness days sit in this category for a reason. They work best when they feel like something hosted rather than something scheduled.

Corporate Wellness Days, and What HR Actually Gets

A wellness day lands best when the team can feel that real care went into it.

Having a licensed clinician in the room does exactly that. Employees receive a service administered by a registered nurse under physician oversight, in a setting the company arranged for them. It is a genuinely generous thing to offer, and people tend to talk about it afterward.

It’s also operationally simple on your end. One booking covers the whole session rather than a scheduling exercise across a dozen calendars. Your team signs up for a slot, the nurse works through the list, and the day runs itself.

For an HR lead building a case internally, the useful framing is that this is a benefit employees are genuinely curious about, which tends to show up directly in sign-up numbers. Enthusiasm makes the rest of the planning easy.

To start a conversation, fill out the event form at mybeewell.com or call (817) 382-1277.

Conferences, Activations, and Festivals

Conferences are long, energetic days. Brand activations succeed when attendees want to stop and stay a while. Festivals in Texas are a full day outdoors with great music. In each case, a staffed wellness station gives people a welcome reason to come to you, and something they remember afterward.

Our nurses work the same way at 200 people as they do at 12. Health history reviewed, infusion administered, guest back to the event. The setup is professional and self-contained, which keeps things simple while you coordinate the venue, the caterer, and the rest of your load-in.

Many of our event clients bring us back year after year. Kasey C. wrote after a DFW sporting clay tournament that it was the second year we had come out, and called the team a lifesaver for the heat that comes with the event. Being invited back is the compliment we value most.

Weddings and Private Celebrations

A pre-wedding boost before photos, or a post-wedding recovery session the next morning, arrives at exactly the right moment. Honeymoon services and rehearsal dinner sessions round out the weekend beautifully, especially for a party that traveled in.

Birthday parties, launch events, and charity events work the same way. You are hosting, you want the day to feel considered, and a nurse on site is a thoughtful detail guests remember. Spa integration is the quieter version of the same idea, for venues adding a clinical layer to what they already offer beautifully.

How to Book an Event

First, fill out the event form at mybeewell.com. Interested in working together? Fill out some info, and we will be in touch shortly.

Second, our team reaches out to confirm the details. Date, location, headcount, the space you have available, and what you want guests to experience. This is where we help you shape the setup so it fits your venue and your vision.

Third, we confirm your date and build the plan around your run of show. Load-in, station placement, and timing get settled before the day rather than on it.

Fourth, our registered nurses arrive with everything needed. You run your event.

What to Have Ready Before We Arrive

  • A space where guests can sit comfortably for the length of a session. A conference room, a suite, a green room, or a quiet corner of the venue all work. It does not need to be private, but it should not be in a walkway.
  • Chairs or seating. Guests are seated for roughly 45 minutes, so whatever is comfortable enough for that is the right answer.
  • Access to a table or flat surface for setup, and a nearby outlet if one is available.
  • A rough headcount and any timing constraints in your run of show, so we can pace the station rather than create a line at the wrong moment.
  • A point of contact on site who can answer a question during load-in without being pulled out of the event.

Our nurses arrive with everything else. The setup is self-contained by design, so your load-in stays focused on the rest of your event.

Who’s Actually Showing Up

When you welcome a partner in front of your employees or your guests, credentials are what give you confidence.

Your IV therapy will be administered by our team of trained and licensed registered nurses, working under physician oversight. Every guest is screened before treatment, and the clinical judgment in the room belongs to someone licensed to exercise it.

The nursing team carries real clinical depth. It includes a Doctor of Nursing Practice who is also a board-certified Nurse Midwife and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with 19 years of experience, and nurses with backgrounds in critical care, emergency medicine, the surgical ICU, cardiac recovery for open-heart surgery patients, labor and delivery, pediatrics, operating room leadership, neonatal intensive care, and vascular access. Several have been practicing for well over a decade.

We maintain the utmost standards of quality and safety, following strict protocols and utilizing premium pharmaceutical-grade ingredients. We are also LegitScript Certified, which is third-party verification of how a healthcare business actually operates.

If your legal or procurement team has questions, send them our way. We are always happy to walk through the details early so everyone feels good going into the event.

Questions We Love to Answer

Four come up often, and we are always glad to talk through them.

How do you make sure it is right for each guest?

Every guest’s health history is reviewed before anything is administered, and our nurses take the time to talk it through. Sending licensed clinicians means your guests get individual attention and a clear answer about what suits them.

What should we know about safety?

We are glad to be transparent. Potential side effects of IV therapy can include infection at the injection site, allergic reactions to the substances used, phlebitis or inflammation of the vein, fluid overload particularly in individuals with compromised kidney or heart function, electrolyte imbalances, and bruising or a small hematoma at the injection site. Strict sterile technique is followed at every appointment, and the health history review is there so each guest receives care that suits them.

Does it hurt?

Happily, not much. You might experience a slight pinch, and our use of the smallest needles means even clients who are apprehensive about needles report minimal discomfort. It is the question guests ask most, and the answer is usually a relief.

How does this fit alongside our emergency plan?

IV therapy is a wellness service, and it sits alongside your venue’s emergency plan rather than replacing it. In an emergency, call 911 or your local equivalent immediately. We are happy to coordinate with your venue team so everyone knows how the day is set up.

What Your Guests Can Choose From

Each infusion is meticulously formulated to deliver an ideal blend of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fluids. At an event, a short menu works better than a long one, and we will help you narrow it.

  • Hive-dration, our primary hydration IV, is built to replenish energy and treat dehydration. The default choice at most events.
  • Busy Bee with B12 and B Complex, for an energy boost that beats another cup of coffee.
  • Bee Well℠++ with Glutathione and Vitamin C, an antioxidant-forward option for immune support heading into winter.
  • The Bee’s Knees with Magnesium and Glutathione, for sporting events and anywhere people have been physically working.
  • Buzz Off with Toradol and Magnesium, the morning-after option for wedding weekends and holiday parties.
  • The Queen Bee with Biotin, Vitamin C, and B-12, for events where guests are about to be photographed.

Guests can also go the custom route. Not sure what to book? Choose that option, and our nurse will recommend one or create one for your own needs during your appointment time. Vitamin add-ons are available across the menu, and full pricing for every infusion is published on our infusions page.

What Guests Get Out of It

IV therapy is a medical treatment that involves administration of fluids, vitamins, minerals, and other beneficial substances. At an event, people come to the station for different reasons, and it helps to know what they are.

Hydration is the first and most common. IV therapy delivers fluids directly into your bloodstream, ensuring rapid and effective hydration. At an outdoor tournament in Texas or on day three of a conference, that is usually the whole conversation.

Nutrient optimization is the second. By bypassing the digestive system, which can sometimes limit nutrient absorption, IV therapy ensures the body receives the full benefits of the vitamins and minerals included.

Then there is recovery. IV drips can provide key nutrients and electrolytes to replenish the body’s reserves, reduce inflammation, and accelerate muscle recovery, which is why sporting events and athletic tournaments are some of our most consistent bookings.

Immune support matters more in Q4 than any other quarter. IV therapy can give your immune system a boost by providing a concentrated dose of immune-boosting vitamins such as vitamin C and zinc. In a room full of people in December, that lands.

Detoxification support, increased energy and vitality, and quick relief and recovery round out the list. Because nutrients and fluids are delivered directly into the bloodstream for immediate absorption, the experience is faster than most guests expect.

None of this is a treatment for illness. IV therapy is a wellness service designed to support hydration, energy, recovery, and general well-being, and a licensed provider helps each guest decide what is appropriate for them.

Budget, Payment, and What to Tell Finance

The questions from the finance side are predictable, so here are the answers in advance.

  • We do not accept any public or private insurance health plans. Clients are responsible for the cost of the service.
  • We do accept HSA and FSA cards for IV therapy and telehealth treatments, which matters for individual guests paying their own way.
  • There are no hidden fees. All our plan prices are listed on our website, and where an additional cost applies, we tell you before you commit.
  • There is no long-term contract. Bee Well℠ is month-to-month, and you can cancel anytime through our website.

One practical note for Q4. FSA dollars are set aside for health and generally need to be used within the plan year. For employees sitting on a balance in October, an on-site session is a use they will actually value. That is worth a line in whatever internal announcement goes out.

After the Event: Where People Go Next

Events are how a lot of North Texas meets us, and the conversations that follow are some of our favorites. Someone tries a hydration IV at a company wellness day and calls three weeks later curious about something else entirely.

Most often it is peptide therapy, which has been the most asked-about category on our menu this year. Peptides are short chains of amino acids that signal cells to perform specific functions supporting health, healing, and regeneration, and peptide therapy is prescribed and monitored by a qualified healthcare provider after a consultation.

Sometimes it is our medical weight loss program, delivered through telehealth with monthly follow-up. Sometimes it is NAD+ therapy, available intravenously, by injection, or intranasally, for energy production, brain function, and healthy aging. Sometimes it is exosomes, glutathione, or the Queen Bee for someone with a wedding coming up.

We offer 30+ services, and the range exists so a provider can point you to the right one rather than the one you happened to hear about. That is worth knowing if you are the person booking on behalf of a team, because the event is often the beginning of the relationship rather than the whole of it.

Beyond the Event: At-Home Stem Cell Therapy

Some of the interest an event generates is individual rather than corporate, and it tends to land on the regenerative side of our menu.

At-home stem cell therapy is a regenerative treatment delivered in your home by a licensed nurse, administered via IV infusion rather than at a clinic. People explore it for joint discomfort and stiffness, chronic inflammation, sports recovery and soft tissue injuries, anti-aging and longevity, post-surgical healing, and general wellness and vitality.

Most sessions take about 60 to 90 minutes, including setup, infusion, and a short monitoring period, with little to no downtime afterward. Every session is administered by a licensed nurse under physician oversight, using high-quality, ethically sourced stem cell products from accredited labs, with a thorough health screening beforehand to confirm you are a good candidate.

We have written about this at length already. If you want the full picture, read our guides on what at-home stem cell therapy is, what to expect during your session, and the benefits of mobile treatment.

Functional Medicine: When the Question Is Bigger Than One Service

Occasionally someone books an IV and what they actually need is a different conversation entirely.

A functional medicine consult takes a deep dive into your unique health story to uncover the root causes of illness. By addressing nutrition, lifestyle, environment, and genetics, we create a customized plan that supports long-term health and vitality. Rather than managing symptoms with medication, we use a science-based approach to identify and address underlying imbalances.

Our functional medicine practitioner is Monica Reno, DNP, CNM, WHNP, with 19 years of experience in obstetrics, women’s health, and integrative medicine. She specializes in root-cause, systems-based care through precision lab testing, peptide therapy, and personalized protocols addressing gut health, hormone balance, and whole-body vitality.

A consult can support a wide range of issues, including chronic fatigue, digestive disorders, hormonal imbalances, and autoimmune conditions. Your first appointment is an in-depth conversation about your health goals and lifestyle factors, and may include lab tests to guide the plan. Improvements can often be seen within weeks, though lasting change depends on your condition and your body’s healing timeline.

Why a Wellness Element Suits the Holiday Season

November and December are the most social months of the year, and that is exactly what makes a wellness element such a natural fit.

There is more travel, more time together, and more reason to want to feel your best. Immune support is the thing guests ask about most in December, which is why the antioxidant-forward infusions are so popular. IV therapy can give your immune system a boost by providing a concentrated dose of immune-boosting vitamins such as vitamin C and zinc, and at a holiday gathering, that is a lovely thing to be offered.

Holiday parties have their own rhythm. A wellness station gives the evening a memorable centerpiece, and a next-day session is a thoughtful thing to offer a team on the way out. Shanna put it best in her review. She was at a Christmas party; our team showed up on site and provided her with a bag of all the goodies, and she instantly felt better and was able to continue having a good time.

Multi-day events benefit too. Conferences, weddings, and company offsites all bring in guests who traveled to be there, and our nurses come to the hotel as readily as they come to the venue. It keeps everyone feeling great across the whole run of the event.

The best part is that it does not take a bigger budget. It takes an early conversation, since the most popular dates are booked first.

Where We Travel

Convenience is at our core. Bid farewell to crowded clinics and clinical settings, because our licensed medical experts come to you.

Don’t see your city? Contact us; we may still be able to serve your area.

Why Planners Book Us Again

The measure we care about most is being invited back.

“Absolutely LOVE Bee Well!!! This is the second year they have come out to the AADE DFW Sporting Clay tournament, and what a lifesaver they are to help with the heat and possible dehydration that comes with this event! Tina and the team are fun, excellent, and caring for me! If you have an event…get them out there to take care of you, your guests, and customers. They will love you forever.” Kasey C.

“Ladies came by our event and made sure everybody was hydrated and taken care of. Much appreciated!” Brandon H.

“I was at a Christmas party and could not shake off being sick. Recently got over COVID, had super low energy. The team showed up on site to my Christmas party and provided me with a bag of all the goodies. I instantly felt better and was able to continue having a good time.” Shanna Derheim McCord

Individual experiences vary. What those three have in common is a team who showed up and an event that felt better for it.
